Server update version to 6.0

Hey This is one from the amazing updates in server,

**more capture zones added.
**/medkit added(you can use it every 5 min.
**star event added who find the star will win.
**now /st and /sc when you type it will automatic change team or class.

** star event have been removed(making alots of bugs)
** anti adv update now when player try to adv the massege will not send in main chat
** some edit in admins commands

**Donors will get more +3 score and 3000$ from every capture zone
**admins can play a sound for all players(whit google sound)
**some bug fixed
**speedmeter added only when you incar
